The engineer was very informative, and answered all of our questions. We had an air source heat pump installed just over 2 years ago, but we weren't really given much information on how it worked. So the engineer explained how it worked and what he had done re the service, and gave recommendations as to how we could improve/safeguard our system. Jonathan did the original boiler replacement installation 4 year ago and has ways been on hand to assist my late wife and I with either a normal boiler service or an alteration to the system we inherited.
